WellFest and KBC are excited and delighted to bring together such an amazing team of fitness and wellness experts from Ireland and abroad. This year, the KBC WellGood tent will be even bigger and better with extra room for Boogie Bounce trampolines and a host of talks and classes from our KBC ambassadors and health and wellness experts.
Roz Purcell will host a Q&A, Philly McMahon will host a fitness class and former long distance runner for Ireland, Cathrerina McKiernan will talk about preventing injury when running – for those who are looking at running the KBC Dublin Race Series or the KBC Dublin marathon. We’re really looking forward to this year’s festival in what promises to be the strongest line-up to date.
WellFest, which is now Europe’s largest health and wellness festival, was set up to inspire and educate people about nutrition, fitness and mental health and features a host of experts in these areas.
