To access all the card services in the app, simply choose Cards in the menu and then follow the instructions in the card services section.
Report your cards lost or stolen
Your card has either been lost or stolen. You can cancel it and get a digital card straight away so there’s no stopping the shopping! Your new digital Credit Card will be available instantly (new Debit Cards are available within 24 hours) while your plastic one will be posted to yo
Request a replacement card
Need a replacement card? Get a new digital replacement card which will be available instantly while your plastic card will be posted out to you.
Add a Travel Note
Travelling? Make sure your card works abroad. One less thing to tick off your list.
You simply add the country you’re travelling to and your travel dates and you are all set. Bon Voyage!
Hide Your Balance
Banking on the go and want to keep your account balance private? Make transactions securely with Hide Your Balance. To activate this feature go to the settings menu in the app, tap on security and toggle the Hide Your Balance button to on.
