Your card has either been lost or stolen. You can cancel it and get a digital card straight away so there’s no stopping the shopping! Your new digital Credit Card will be available instantly (new Debit Cards are available within 24 hours) while your plastic one will be posted to yo

Add a Travel Note
Travelling? Make sure your card works abroad. One less thing to tick off your list.

Hide Your Balance
Banking on the go and want to keep your account balance private? Make transactions securely with Hide Your Balance. To activate this feature go to the settings menu in the app, tap on security and toggle the Hide Your Balance button to on.
