What if I forget my PIN?

If you have forgotten your pin, did you know that you can use the KBC App to request a PIN reminder?

Simply log in, go to card services and you will see PIN reminder. You can also phone our 24 hour card services helpline on 1800 936 287 or 353 1 634 79 63
