What impact will this transfer have on my current discount/premium?
Any discount applied on your current policy along with your current premium will not be impacted.
Will I still be eligible for loyalty offers on my Home Insurance Renewal policy?
You will receive your renewal documents directly from Zurich Insurance nearer to the time your policy is due for renewal. If you are an Extra Current Account holder, regardless of whether you still retain that Extra Current Account with KBCI at the time of your renewal, you will receive the 10% Extra Current Account KBC Home Insurance loyalty offer at the time of your next renewal. All subsequent renewals will be managed directly by Zurich Insurance.
I have a query regarding a refund which was due on my policy that I didn’t receive, who should I contact?

My Home policy is due for renewal shortly, what should I expect?
You will receive your renewal documents from Zurich Insurance 4 weeks before your renewal date. This document will include the renewal price and outline the terms of the policy for the coming 12 months along with payment methods to renew your insurance policy with Zurich Insurance. How do I pay for my Home Renewal policy?
If you currently pay for your policy by Direct Debit, your monthly payment will continue to be taken, so no change is required. If you change your Bank Details at a later stage, you will be required to contact Zurich Insurance and provide your new bank details in order for your Direct Debit payments to continue. To pay in full by debit card, please call the Zurich Customer Service Team on (053) 9157775.
I have submitted a claim on my Home policy, will this be impacted?
There will be no impact to your claim. Zurich Insurance currently manage all claims and will continue to do so in the future. You can call Zurich’s 24 hour claims helpline (01) 6091436 or email: claimsnotification@zurich.ie.
