Installing the App on a new phone

On your new phone:

Step 1: 
Download the App onto your new phone and click on 'Activate my app'

Step 2:
You will need:

  • Your User ID

  • Activation Code

  • Mother's Maiden Name

​If you do not have an activation code already give us a call on 1800 93 92 44​​​​​​


Step 3: Create a 6 digit PIN to complete your activation

If you no longer have your old phone but have access to Online Banking

Go to KBC Online Banking and login

Download the app on your new device

Go to the security section of Online banking and click Get Mobile Banking

Follow the steps to generate a new activation code
5
  
Enter your User ID and Activation code into the app

Don't know your User ID?

  1. Go to KBC Online Banking and choose Forgotten ID
  2. You will need to know the last 8 digits of your IBAN and your security information.
  3. Follow the steps and your User ID will be shown on screen.
