Standard Financial Statement

The Standard Financial Statement is a budgeting tool which list all your monthly income and outgoings.

You may wish to seek independent advice to assist you with completing the Standard Financial Statement, e.g., from MABS or an appropriate alternative.

We will also ask for supporting documents, which may include bank statements, business accounts, payslips and your Employee Detail Summary.

There are two ways to complete and submit your SFS:

Option 1:  Complete the SFS then print and sign the form. Please then return the form, along with all relevant supporting documentation, by post to KBC Bank Ireland, Sandwith Street, Dublin 2 or by hand into our Dublin office located at the same address.

Option 2: Complete the SFS and attach your e-signature (as per the Editable SFS-Technical Guidance). Please then send by e-mail to collectionsenquiries@kbc.ie along with all relevant supporting documentation.
