At KBC Bank Ireland we have a number of automated payment options which can help ensure you do not miss a mortgage payment. If you do miss a payment, we have immediate payment options to assist you.

|Electric Funds Transfer||To set up an electronic funds transfer, contact KBC to arrange, phone Arrears Support Unit on 0818 93 02 35.|
|Cash Payment||To make a payment by cash, please contact KBC Arrears Support Unit on 0818 93 02 35.|
|Standing Order||Phone: Arrears Support Unit on 0818 93 02 35 . Online: Request the Standing Order form to be posted to you through our contact us form.|
|Direct Debit||Phone: Arrears Support Unit on 0818 93 02 35. Online: Request the Standing Order form to be posted to you through our contact us form.|
|Automated Payment System||Phone: Automated Payment line on 0818 93 02 35, lines are open 24 hours. Remember to have your mortgage account number to hand. When entering your mortgage account number remove the “/” e.g. 123456/1 = 1234561 Please note Credit Cards are not accepted.|
|Debit / Laser Card||Phone: You can avail of our Automated Payment service on 1800 93 70 40. Or Speak to some-one directly on 0818 93 02 35. Remember to have your mortgage account number to hand. Please note we can only take payment from the cardholder and card details cannot be retained by KBC Bank Ireland.|
|Mybills.ie from An Post||• To make a payment you must first register with mybills.ie
• When your mybills account is set up, ensure you have the following to hand to make a mortgage payment:
- Your mortgage account number
- When entering your mortgage account number on mybills.ie remove the “/” e.g. 123456/1 = 12345601
- Ensure you have your Debit/Laser card number or bank account details.

Cheques should be made payable to KBC Bank, remember to quote your mortgage account number on the back of the cheque.
