Following the meeting with the accountant you have chosen, and assuming that you have decided to proceed with the Mortgage Resolution solution offered by KBCI, please sign and return the Letter of Variation with any supporting documentation required to KBCI. If you have any questions or concerns or want to appeal the recommendation please contact us on 1850 93 02 35.

Following the announcement on 06/09/2012 by the Minister for Social Protection, Joan BurtonTD, Independent Financial Advice (also known as Independent Long Term Mortgage Forbearance Advice) is available for customers who are offered long term mortgage resolution solutions by banks in respect of their primary residence from a panel of participating accountants. If you are eligible to participate in this scheme for the proposed long term resolution solution on offer from KBC Bank Ireland (KBCI), we will pay this cost of €250 (plus VAT) on your behalf if you wish to avail of it.
