Fraudsters will unfortunately exploit the current situation to facilitate various types of fraud and cybercrime.
To protect yourself, please continue to be stay alert for emails that pretend to be from the bank and attempt to trick you into handing over personal and banking information (called phishing emails). Some fraudulent emails may include a link or attachment that when clicked on, downloads malicious software (malware) onto a PC or device.
Be mindful of suspicious phone calls, texts or emails from anyone claiming to be from the bank with a message about Coronavirus. We will NEVER ask you for your PIN or online banking details, or ask you to move money from your account.
