The agreement has now received approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). The Minister has instructed that the Ministerial order confirming his approval of the Transfer can be drafted. Subject to the completion of the remaining procedural steps, the Transfer will now be proceeding with the anticipated date of transfer being in early 2023.
