When are SEPA payments processed?

There are two different categories of SEPA payments:

1. Credit Transfers coming into KBC accounts
We process SEPA payments coming into KBC several times throughout the day. These transfers normally hit customer accounts at approximately these times:

  1. 8.00am

  2. 10.00am

  3. 11.00am

  4. 1.40pm

  5. 4.15pm

  6. 5.15pm

If there is a delay for any reason we will let you know on our social media channels and website

2. Credit Transfers going out of KBC accounts

  • If a payment request is made on KBC's online or mobile banking before 12pm on a working day, the beneficiary bank may be credited on the same day depending on their SEPA payment processing schedule

  • Payments which are made after 12pm will be credited within one working day.
