Update personal details
You can now update your mobile number, email and home addresses through your KBC app.

Whether you’re a regular saver, demand or fixed term accountholder you can view your balance and view/download your annual e-statement from your phone!
Transfer to your KBC Current Account
As a regular saver or demand accountholder, you can make instant transfers between these accounts and to or from your KBC current account via your mobile app.
Security
Report your card lost or stolen or place a temporary block on it if you think you have misplaced it.
Instant Digital Replacement
You can also request a replacement card and PIN and use your digital card while the plastic one makes its way to you.
Travel Notes
If you're travelling, you can let us know through the app. Just add your dates and destination and we'll know its you using your card abroad so you'll be able to shop away!
Shop online withouth having your card in your hand - all of you card details are availbale on the app!
View your outstanding balance
No need to wait for your annual loan statement – view your outstanding loan balance through the mobile app.

Installing our app on a new phone
Don't worry, if you delete your Mobile App accidentally you will need to re-install the app from the Apple App store or Google Play
To get your App back up and running, you can follow the steps below:
1. Download the KBC Mobile Banking App from the App Store or Play Store
2. Click on 'Active my app'
3. Tap on "I have my activation code' - If you don't have your activation code give us a call on 1800 93 92 44
4. Enter the Activation code (this will be sent to the phone number on file for you by SMS)
5. Choose a 6 digit PIN and confirm
