Job Title: HR Services Executive 
Reporting to: HR Service Delivery Manager
Contract Status: Permanent

The Role: 
To provide professional HR support, guidance and service to both KBC Bank employees and the HR Team.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to gain a full understanding of all HR Services tasks.



Essential Duties

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following: 
  • Administration of the recruitment process 
  • Opening & closing vacancies on HR system 
  • Issuing contract packs to new hires 
  • Drafting contract amendments & transfers - drafting letters and system updates
  • Support new starter on-boarding programme
  • Managing & updating HR Documents 
  • 14 day leave management and reporting
  • Managing all employee leave applications and notification of same to Payroll 
  • Managing probation ends 
  • HR Mailbox management 
  • Providing the HR team with support on ad-hoc projects as required
  • Build strong relationships to provide a customer focused and effective HR Service 


Person Specification

Knowledge, Education & Experience:
  • Qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Human Resource Management


Essential Skills & Abilities:
  • 2 years HR administration experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work well within a team based environment
  • A methodical approach to completing a variety of tasks concurrently with a high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with a the ability to prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Positive attitude 
  • Awareness of HR best practice
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly excel
  • Knowledge of a HR database an advantage

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
