What can I expect when I submit my application form?

When we receive your application and documentation we will review the information to ensure that all is in order. If everything is in order we will then process your application and post you out your account opening confirmation within 5 working days. If there is any information missing from your application we will contact you to advise you of what is outstanding. On receipt of all the required information we will then be in a position to process your account opening and will post you out your account opening confirmation.

The type of account opening confirmation that is posted to you will depend on how you select to make you initial lodgement.

  • Cheque/Bank draft lodgements: When your account has been opened we will send you a confirmation of the lodgement and your new account number.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): When your account has been opened we will send you the EFT instructions within a few days. When we receive the EFT, we will write to you to confirm we have received your funds. This may take a couple of days to process.
