Remember you have the power of choice, you can turn a negative into a positive.
Today’s challenge is to incorporate Philly’s Power of Choice principles into your day. Try these steps each day and see how it benefits you and those around you:
1. Assess yourself, how are you feeling? Make a promise to yourself that you’re going to have a good day. Check in with yourself at regular points throughout the day
2. Write down something positive that has happened to you at the end of each day
3. Practice gratitude, what are you grateful for?
4. Perform an act of kindness each day. Not matter how small, phoning a relative or visiting a friend. Spreading kindness costs nothing and the positive energy will come back around
