KBC Roadshow to hit Cork Active Over 50s event

KBC personal finance experts offering one-to-one personal finance reviews and tailored financial advice.

The KBC Mobile Roadshow will hit Cork for the Active Over 50s Show on 7th and 8th March 2015 at City Hall. The KBC Bank Ireland team will be on hand to answer consumers’ finance queries in person from 11am – 6pm on Saturday and 11am – 5pm on Sunday.

KBC is also providing free “personal finance clinics” during the two-day lifestyle event, where visitors can come and meet a KBC specialist for a one-to-one personal finance review and tailored advice. Whether you are thinking about switching your current account, looking to change insurance provider or planning for retirement, the clinics provide an ideal opportunity to discuss your financial needs in a dedicated environment.

Discussing the event, Sean Michael Collins, Hub Manager, KBC Cork, said: “We are delighted to be taking part in the ‘Active Over 50s Show’ at Cork City Hall.  KBC opened its first Cork City hub in 2014 and since then we have had a great response from the people of Cork.

“The Active Over 50s Show is a brilliant event and I would encourage everyone to come down and talk with one of our personal finance experts and make an appointment for a one-on-one personal finance review.  We are excited to meet with attendees to tell them about KBC’s innovative range of products and services, including our competitive range of savings and investment options and our new Current Account Plus for over 60s, with free day to day banking.”

KBC offers a broad range of savings and investment products designed to provide an attractive alternative to meet customers’ needs. KBC has a suite of investment fund products, SIVEK Funds, designed for a range of investment profiles, offering an opportunity to accumulate and manage capital through a diversified investment portfolio. KBC also offers a range of structured deposit products for a risk-free solution to short and long term savings needs.

In 2014 KBC launched the Current Account Plus for over 60s.  Upon turning 60, customers can avail of free Day to Day banking on the KBC Current Account Plus account.  Customers aged 60 and over uniquely benefit from free quarterly account maintenance fees, free ATM transaction fees and free cheque lodgement processing fees, saving money now and into the future.
