Android Operating system update causing issues with some apps for users of android version Lollipop 5.0 onwards.
Due to a recent Android operating system update, some apps have been affected on phones with version lollipop 5.0 onwards. As a result, some users of the KBC mobile banking app have not been able to access their mobile banking.
We are currently working on a new release which will address this issue.
In the meantime, affected users can access online banking via their mobile phone. Just click here and enter your 10 Digit user ID on screen. Select Mobile Digital Key as your device.
On the log in screen of the app, click on the menu on the top left and select Digital Key. Then follow the instructions on screen.
