How do I add an account?

Simply open your KBC Mobile App and from the main menu head to the "Other Banks" section.

From there you can add an account in 3 simple steps;

  1. Select "Add Account" then choose the Bank at which the account you'd like to add is located. Carefully read a description of the information you'll sharing and if you're comfortable to do so, select "Confirm". 
  2. You'll then be transferred seamlessly to your Other Bank and be asked to provide your consent to share information with KBC. Once you have provided your consent, you'll be transferred back to the KBC Mobile App. 
  3. A thank you message will appear and you'll be able to continue back to your Open Banking menu. It's that simple.
