Today’s Challenge

It’s surprising how many of us don’t drink enough water in our daily lives, so today’s challenge is to drink 8 glasses of water! Our body is made up of 2/3 water, so staying hydrated is essential. A properly hydrated body helps in improving the mood, boosting memory, reducing the frequency of headaches and improving brain function.

Drinking water becomes almost second nature if you get into the routine of carrying a water bottle around with you during the day. You’ll soon feel the benefits of drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day if you incorporate it into your daily routine.
