Update to KBC Hub Network

At KBC our retail model is ‘digital first’ banking and insurance. 

While people’s banking behaviour is changing with an acceleration toward digital, they still want the option to access services through our Hubs, which remain an important part of our offer.

We continuously review our locations and premises to ensure that we are meeting our customers evolving needs.  
We have completed a review of our Hub network and will be making some changes to the locations and premises in which we operate from the 05th December

Hub Mergers– Dundrum, Greystones, Naas

From the 5th December Dundrum, Greystones and Naas Hub customers will be served by our Stillorgan and Maynooth Hubs. The Stillorgan Hub will extend their opening hours to seven days a week.

New Swords Hub Location

The Hub on Swords Main Street will move location to the Pavilions Shopping Centre in early 2021. The Swords Hub will be extending their opening hours to 7 days a week following this move.

Hub Closure

The Kilkenny Hub will close on the 05th December

Customers of all Hubs can continue to avail of banking and insurance services through the KBC contact centre with extended opening hours, online and mobile banking or their nearest KBC Hub..

As part of our ongoing communication with customers, we have also written to our customers of the affected Hubs to ensure they are aware of these changes and how we will continue to support them with their banking and insurance needs.

When will these changes take place?

These changes will take place on December 5th 2020. Dundrum, Greystones, Nass and Kilkenny Hubs will remain open as usual until this date. The existing Swords Hub will move to the Pavilions Shopping Centre in early 2021, and will operate on a 7 day week basis with longer opening hours.

How can customers continue to bank with KBC?

You can continue to access all of our services over the phone with our contact centre team from 8am to 11pm 365 days a year as well as through our mobile app or online banking 24/7. You can also visit any of our other Hubs a full list of all KBC Hub locations can be found here.

How will these changes impact a product application that I have in progress?

Up until December 5th all of your questions or any of your existing open applications will be served in your current Hub. Where you have an application in progress with us we will contact you well in advance of the 5th December and advise you of where and who your new point of contact is for your application.

Can I make a new application for a product in a Hub that is changing?

If you want to make a new application, you can still do this in your current Hub and we will contact you well in advance of the 5th December and advise you of where and who your new point of contact is for your application.
