Uncashed Refunds
If you previously received communication from KBC that you are due a refund, but you have not been paid that refund or your refund cheque is stale (i.e. dated more than six months ago), you should contact KBC Customer Services by phone at 1800 93 92 44 (+353 1 664 6100 from abroad) or email to customerservices@kbc.ie. Our team are available 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
In order to assist our Contact Centre representatives with your refund claim, you should have as much information as possible relating to the actual refund you are claiming (e.g. amount of refund, basis on which the refund was due, date of correspondence from KBC etc.).

As of the 10th of March KBC Hubs in Galway, Limerick, Lapps Quay Cork, Wilton Shopping Centre Cork, Waterford, Maynooth, Main Street Swords, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, College Green Dublin, Baggot Street Dublin and Stillorgan have permanently close.
