Who is eligible to use this process?

The KBC Mortgage Digital AIP journey is open to new and existing KBC customers applying as;

• First Time Buyers

• Movers

• Switchers

Applicants must be applying for a loan amount within the maximum Loan to Value and/or Loan to Income thresholds required by the Central Bank of Ireland.

An application can be commenced by completing the short form located at kbc.ie/mortgages, which will progress eligible applicants to the KBC Mortgage Digital AIP journey.
