Philly shares his 10 to 1 workout for a fitness challenge

5 exercises, 10 reps of each taking off a rep each round until you get to 1;

1. Side plank & reach through
- Modification: side plank on knees & reach through

2. Burpees & tuck jumps
- Modification: burpees & squat

3. Leg raises

4. Push up & mountain climbers
- Modification: push up on knees & mountain climbers

5. Supermans
-Modification: Supermans & elbow to knee
