KBC scoops best mortgage for switchers and best mobile app experience at the Awards last night.

KBC Bank Ireland has been awarded best mortgage for switchers and joint winner for best mobile app experience at the awards. KBC beat off stiff competition at the ceremony in Dublin’s Mansion House last night. This is the third year running that the bank has been recognised at the awards.

KBC Bank Ireland’s Director of Products, Fergal O’Riagain said: “We are delighted to have our switcher mortgage offering recognised by the industry at last nights awards. Last September, KBC lowered its 1, 2, 3 and 5-year fixed rates by between 0.25% and 0.55%, while maintaining its market leading 10-year fixed rates. The new fixed rates, together with KBC’s competitive variable rate mortgages and €3,000 to help with the costs associated with switching, have provided further choice for a broader range of consumers.
