Mr Van Loij said: “Another exciting addition to the KBC investment offering is the new November tranche of Privileged Portfolio PRO.These funds will appeal to those continuing to seek investment options in a low interest environment, and who want to accumulate and manage their capital through a diversified investment portfolio.
“These funds have a strong track record since they were launched globally in 2006.
“KBC Bank offers a range of investment options to suit each customer’s goal and personal risk profile. We also want our customers to understand their investment priorities and make appropriate and informed investment choices that could optimise the return on their investment in an ever-changing market place, so our investment specialists are ready to help.”

KBC’s fund managers use their expertise to invest the assets in the best possible way, while floor monitoring offers protection during drops in the markets, as experienced post-Brexit. Floor monitoring works by linking an actively managed portfolio to a management model that sets out to keep the value of the investment above a particular floor price at all times.
