KBC Bank Ireland and WellFest announced today that the next wellness pop-up event on the 2019 WellFest Summer Tour will take place on July 6th in the Cork Showgrounds, Curraheen.
KBC along with WellFest, Europe’s largest outdoor health, fitness and wellness festival, will give Corkonians a real taste of what WellFest is all about and fitness and health enthusiasts can look forward to leaving feeling refreshed, inspired and uplifted!
The incredible lineup will feature some of Ireland’s biggest names in health and fitness including bestselling cookery author, personal trainer and host of podcast BITE BACK Roz Purcell; Ireland’s leading personal trainer, broadcaster, bestselling author and host of The Real Health podcast, Karl Henry; Olympian, world champion, bestselling author and coach on Ireland's Fittest Family, Derval O’Rourke; Tom Dalton founder of TD Fitness; Damy Redmond of Platinum Pilates; The Coaching Circle; mobility expert Brian O’Loughlin of Movement 101 and yoga and meditation instructor Lee Tracey.
Highlights from the day will include a wellness panel discussion with Roz Purcell, Karl Henry and Derval O’Rourke, Pilates with Damy Remond from Platinum Pilates, bodyweight HIIT with Tom Dalton and a slow yoga flow and meditation with Lee Tracey to wind everybody down after what will be an energetic and uplifting day.

Earlier this month the WellFest Summer Tour visited Salthill Park, Galway hosting a sold-out wellness pop-up event for 500 attendees
Tickets to the Cork event are extremely limited and are now available for just €20 on wellfest.ie. The pop-up will take place from 10am-3.30am in the Cork Showgrounds.
WellFest 2019 attracted over 10,000 people building the success of previous years with its strongest lineup to date. KBC returned as presenting partner at WellFest for the third year running with the KBC Main Stage, its newly expanded WellGood area and 21-day WellGood online health programme.
