KBC Bank Ireland and WellFest have announced the return of WellGood from March 4th.

WellGood is a free 21-day programme, featuring tips on nutrition, mindset, fitness and yoga designed to help the nation improve their overall health and fitness.

Following the success of the inaugural 2018 WellGood programme that saw more than 5,000 people embark on their wellness journey, WellFest and KBC will be joined again this year by performance psychologist Gerry Hussey; best-selling cookery author and healthy lifestyle enthusiast Roz Purcell; and Dublin GAA player and fitness entrepreneur Philly McMahonIn addition, yoga instructor Lee Tracey and registered dietitian Orla Walsh also join as WellGood ambassadors this year.

Together the five experts have developed a programme that is jam-packed with unique daily content from healthy, nutritious recipes, fitness plans and at-home yoga tutorials to practical nutrition tips and inspiring podcasts on mindset.

WellGood provides a wealth of advice and tutorials and the core concept is that by spending just a short time each day focusing on wellness, people can significantly improve their physical and mental health.

The programme is available completely free of charge on wellfest.ie/wellgood. To get involved people can sign up for daily emails with simple challenges based on the programme built in to help reinforce positive habits.

WellFest 2018 attracted 10,000 people and this year’s festival is looking to build on that success with the announcement of its strongest lineup to date. The festival will feature a host of national and international stars including headline presenter British broadcaster, best-selling author and founder of Happy Place Fearne Cotton. She will be joined by former Australian pole vaulter turned fitness and yoga expert Amanda Bisk, amongst many others.

KBC returns as presenting partner at WellFest for the third year running with the KBC Main Stage and its newly expanded WellGood area. Boogie Bounce returns to the WellGood stage following its popularity last year along with talks from a host of health and wellness ambassadors and much more.
