I haven't revoked my permission to view my Permanent TSB account information, balances and transactions…why has the option to renew my permission been removed?

Permanent TSB do not distinguish between a consent that has been revoked by you and a consent that has expired in their correspondence with Third Party Providers.

Therefore, it's not possible for KBC (or any Third Party Provider interacting with Permanent TSB) to tell if you have a revoked your consent or if your consent has expired.

With that in mind, KBC Ireland will treat any scenario in which we cannot validate your consent with Permanent TSB as a revoked consent. Therefore, we remove the Permanent TSB account entirely. You can re-add your Permanent TSB account from the "Add Account" option.
