How often is my balance refreshed?

Your account details, balances and transactions are refreshed 4 times a day.

The time of those refreshes can be seen on the "Last synced" section of your Open Banking menu.

You can refresh a balance at any time.

You’ll get us on the phone 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. So you can contact us at a time that fits around you.
