Can you provide examples of what might constitute an incomplete application?

An application may be deemed to be incomplete (and therefore cannot be processed) in the following circumstances:

- the accompanying documentation you provide may be out of date, for example proof of address correspondence must be dated within the previous 6 months;

- photo ID you provide may have expired;

- your application form may not have been completed fully, for example required parts of the form may be left blank; or

- you may provide an invalid form of lodgement, for example a 3rd party cheque, which we cannot accept.

This list is not exhaustive. If KBC Bank Ireland deems your application incomplete, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss what further information/documentation is required.
