Activating a new mobile phone for Mobile Banking with Online Banking:
Customers can generate a new activation code in the "Security" menu by selecting the "Generate Mobile activation code" option. Please note that you can have a maximum of 2 mobile phones registered at any time.
Deactivating a mobile phone with Online Banking:
To deactivate the KBC Mobile Banking app on your mobile phone, go to the "Security" menu and click on the "Deactivate" button. Please note that if you used a Mobile Digital Key to access Online Banking, you won't be able to deactivate the corresponding smartphone.
