How to Apply

  • Apply using our online form
  • Print out the application form and sign it
  • Return it to us by post along with the following information:
    - Proof of Identity 
    - Proof of Address
    - Verification of Personal Public Service Number (PPSN) 


  • Complete your Application form 
    Send any relevant documentation to us e.g. P60, Salary slips. 
    Choose your solicitor 
    You then receive an Approval in Principle for the amount you want to borrow 
    KBC Bank will arrange a valuation on the property you want to purchase 
    KBC Bank will send you a formal Letter of Offer and instruct your solicitor. 
    You then arrange your Home Insurance and Life assurance 
    Sign contracts, 
    KBC Bank issues your loan cheque 
    Congratulations - you get the keys to your new home.
