Our Graduate Programme is 18 months in duration. It is designed to ensure you gain the experience, training and development necessary to grow and progress in your chosen career with KBC Bank Ireland.

Successful candidates will have an honours degree or equivalent in business, commerce, finance, accountancy, economics or IT with a minimum grade of 2.1 or higher.
