Shanghai ahead on corp. results
Shanghai shares produced a fourth straight session of gains today, helped by another 10 percent jump in Xiamen Tungsten after the company announced plans to increase its rare earths production capacity.
The Shanghai Composite Index closed up 0.2 percent at 2,161 points, its highest since July 20. The CSI 300 Index of the biggest Shanghai and Shenzhen listings finished flat on the day. ( C) Reuters
